Electrical Device Wiring Inspection
Taalman electric boil-out tanks contain electric heating elements, and electrically controlled thermostat and power switches. Gas boil-out tanks are gas fired, but also have electrically controlled thermostat and power switches.
These items require CSA / ESA or equivalent approval, and must be wired up by a licensed electrician. Approval may be obtained for an at-cost fee by Taalman, or the purchaser can opt to have approval done at their own place of operation, at their own cost.
