Top Tank
This
tank has a 3 1/2" diameter hose connection, two angle brackets on each
end with two 7/16" diameter holes to mount side frames, and a 3/8" NPT
coupling for an expansion fitting.
Bottom Tank
This
tank has a 3 1/2" diameter hose connection, two angle brackets on each
end with two 7/16" diameter holes to mount side frames, and a 1 1/4"
NPT fitting as a filler neck.
Sides
These rails
have eight 7/16" x 1" slotted holes to accommodate bolts, two 7/16"
diameter holes in the center for the cross bars, five 3/8" diameter holes along each edge, a 3/4" diameter hole
for access to the overflow tube (top frame only), and one access hole
for the 3/8" NPT fitting and one access hole for the 1 1/4" NPT fitting
(top frame only).
This set comes with four long and four short washer bars, and the fill neck plug, and the 41 3/4" threaded cross bars.

This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection 2 3/4" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection, a 1/4" NPT flange 11 1/4" from the edge of the tank, a 1/2" NPT flange 4" from the edge of the tank for a sight glass, a 1 3/4" diameter hole on the top center of the tank for a truck fill neck, a 1/4" NPT flange 3" from the edge of the tank for an expansion tube, and a 1/2" flange in the end of the tank for a sight glass.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 1/4" NPT flange 2 1/2" from the edge of the tank for a drain, and a 2 3/4" diameter hose connection 2 3/4" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection.
Frames - Frames are 34" long with 9 bolt holes per flange.

Top Tank
This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection 5" long, a 1" NPT coupling in the top center for a fill line, and four threaded blocks (two on each side) with two 1/2" NC threaded holes for mounting the side frames.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection 5" long, a 3/4" NPT fitting for a drain, and two threaded block (two on each side) with two 1/2" NC threaded holes for mounting the side frames.
Side Frames
These frames have six slotted holes to attach to the tanks, two holes in the foot of the frame to mount to the floor, and two brackets coming off the top to attach the surge tank.
Surge Tank
This tank is 33 1/2" wide, 5" deep, and 12" high, with four threaded blocks with two 1/2" NC threaded holes to attach the side frames, two support feet on the bottom 4" tall, a hole in the top center for a filler neck, and a 1" NPT fitting in the bottom center for a fast fill line.

Top Tank
This tank has a 2 1/4" diameter hose connection 8 3/8" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection, a large sight glass boss on the grill side of the tank (slightly off center), a truck size fill neck hole on the top center of the tank, and a 3/8" NPT fitting on the grill side of the tank next to the sight glass. This tank contains a deflection baffle.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection 4 1/2" from the edge of the tank to the center of the deflection baffle, and a 3/4" NPT drain fitting 3" from the edge of the tank.
Side Frames
There is one mounting bracket on top of the frame, and a 1/2" NC threaded boss near the bottom of the frame.

Top Tank
This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection 13" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection (4" long), a pair of 1/4" NPT flanges located just above the de-airation baffle 9" and 12" from the edge of the tank, and a 1/4" NPT flange on the top of the tank for a vent tube. Each end of the tank has a 9/16" diameter hole for lifting.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 2 3/4" diameter hose connection 11" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection (angled 15o upwards, 4 3/4" long), a 1/2" NPT drain flange 7 1/8" from the edge of the tank, and a pair of 11/16" diameter holes at 36 1/2" centers for mounting. The outer ends of the tank slant inwards to allow for mounting holes.
Side Frames - Plain Frames 33 3/4" in height.

Bottom Tank
This tank is identical to the top tank, except without the filler neck hole.
Note: This set comes with 4 washer bars 21" long with 12 bolt holes, and 4 washer bars 4 1/4" long with 2 bolt holes.
