Bus Side Frame

The flanges on this frame have three 5/16" NC threaded holes along the back, four 3/8" NC threaded mounting holes on the back of the frame, and three 5/16" NC threaded holes along the edge of the frame for mounting the shroud or finger guard.

Lefts and rights are not interchangeable - order accordingly.

Thomas Bus frames

#7537

This frame has four 3/8" NC threaded nuts along each side of the frame for mounting the shroud, and five 5/16" NC threaded holes along the back edge of the flange.

This frame is almost identical to the #071007A, with the exception of a pair of 1/2" NC threaded studs 2" long @ 14" centers for mounting.

Bus Top Frame

This Bus frame has a length of 32 1/4", with eight 3/8" NC threaded holes along the edge of the frame, and four 1/2" NC threaded holes along the back of the frame.

Note: the header bolt pattern matches #7433, #753, #754 tanks.

Bus Bottom Frame
This frame has eight 3/8" NC threaded holes along each edge of the frame.

Each end has five holes - 3 tapped 5/16" NC threads and 2 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts. There are six 5/16" NC threaded nuts - three on each side of the rail.

Bus Frame
Top and bottom flanges each have 8 holes (4 tapped 5/16" NC), an angle bracket on one side with three 3/8" NC threaded holes, three 3/8" NC threaded holes on the other side of channel, four 3/8" NC threaded holes on the back of the channel, and a “Z” shaped bracket on the back with a 1/2" diameter hole through the center.
Note: these frames are not interchangeable - order left for driver’s side or right for passenger’s side or pairs.

Bus Frame
The top & bottom flange has eight 3/8" diameter bolt holes on each. On the fan side of the rail there are four 5/16" NC threaded holes, and on the grill side of the rail there are four 5/16" NC threaded holes. On the back of the frame there are four 3/8" NC threaded holes.

Bus top frame
The flanges on this frame are the same as frame #734 with six 3/8" holes and three 5/16" NC threaded holes. There is an inner channel, sixteen 3/8" NC threaded holes for mounting of various brackets into various positions on the back of the frame, two 5/16" NC threaded holes on the back of the frame, four 5/16" NC threaded holes along the side of the frame for attaching a shroud, and an angle bracket with four 5/16" NC threaded holes for mounting a shroud on the opposite side of the frame.

Bus bottom frame
This frame has two groups of four bolt pattern with 3/8" NC threaded holes for mounting brackets, an angle bar with four 5/16" NC threaded holes, four 5/16" threaded holes along the edge of the frame opposite where the angle is mounted, and a 9 bolt hole flange with the three center holes tapped to 5/16" NC.

Top and bottom flanges each have 9 holes, 6 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts and 3 tapped 5/16" NC threads. Eight 3/8" NC threaded holes, one group of 4 near the top and one group of 4 near the bottom. Eight 5/16" threaded holes - 4 on each side. Three 3/4" diameter holes in channel.

Each end has 8 holes, 4 tapped 5/16" NC and 4 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts. Four 3/8" NC threaded holes on back of channel. Three 5/16" NC threaded holes on one side and on 5/16" NC threaded hole on the other. Frame works for both left or right.
Matches tanks #750 & #751.

Ikarus Frame
Top & bottom flange has 4 bolt holes on each. There are four, 3/8" N.C. threaded holes on each side of the rail.

Bus Side Frame
This frame has three 3/8" NC threaded holes along the edge, four 1/4" NC threaded holes along the edge, four 3/8" NC threaded holes on the back, and five 5/16" NC threaded bolt holes. This frame comes with an "insert" that acts as an inner channel, and sits on the core side of the frame.

This frame has an angle on the edge with 5 holes for self tapping screws. There are 10 bolt holes in each header mount.

Bus Side Frame
Each flange has 10 bolt holes; four that are threaded @ 5/16" NC, four 1/4" NC threaded holes and two 1/2" NC nuts on the back of the frame, and tow 1/4" NC threaded holes along the edge of the frame. The opposite frame is identical except that it only has one 1/2" NC threaded hole on the back.

NABI (North American Bus Ind.) bottom frame
This frame has two 1/2" NC threaded mounting nuts. There are 11 bolt holes on each end (5 threaded).

This frame has twelve 3/8" NC threaded nuts on the back, eight 5/16" NC threaded nuts on the back, and eleven 5/16" NC threaded nuts along each edge. There are six bolt holes on each end.
