Volvo / GM / Mack solder-on tank set

Top Tank

This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection, a pair of mounting bosses at each end to attach side frames, four 1/4" NC threaded blocks on the top, four 1/4" NC threaded blocks on the grill side, and a 1/4" NPT flange for an expansion barb.

Bottom Tank

This tank has 2 1/2" diameter hose connection on right side of tank, the flange is for a drain cock, and there are holes @ 11 1/2" centers to accommodate an oil cooler (to be supplied and installed by the customer).

Outlet Tank

This tank has a keyhole style bracket on the back for mounting, and a pipe to accommodate a filler neck.  There are three 5/16 NC nut for mounting side frames onto the tanks, a clip on each side of the tank, and a 1 1/4" hose connection 1 3/4" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection.

Inlet Tank

This tank has four 5/16" nuts for mounting side frames to the tank, a keyhole style bracket on the back for mounting the tank, a 1/4" NPT flange to fit a drain cock, a clip on each side of the tank, and a 1 1/4" hose connection 2 3/4" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection.
