Kenworth side frames
Top and bottom flanges have 8 holes each, all drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts. Various other holes for shroud, brackets, etc.
NOTE: Frames are interchangeable. EARLY MODEL
#625 - LGTH: 34 7/8" - 22 lbs. Top Flange: 8" w. X 7" dp. Bottom Flange: 7 1/2" w. X 7" dp.
Kenworth side frame

Kenworth side frame
Top and bottom flanges have 10 holes each, 8 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts and 2 tapped 5/16" N.C. There are 26 holes on back of frame all tapped 1/4" N.C. Front (grille) side of frame is cut lower to allow more air flow, back (engine) side of frame is 2" deep.
NOTE: Frames are interchangeable. If there is no “Z” bracket. If “Z” bracket is required frames would not be interchangeable. LATE MODEL
#622 - LGTH: 40" - 18 lbs. Top & Bottom Flanges: 7 1/4" w. X 5 1/8" dp.

Conventional style - offset headers Top and bottom flanges each have 10 holes, 6 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts and 4 tapped 5/16" N.C. Fourteen 1/4" N.C. threaded holes on side frame for brackets and shroud, etc. Two brackets welded on side of channel, each with 3/4" diameter hole.
NOTE: Side frames are not interchangeable. Order left for driver’s side or right for passenger’s side or pairs. LATE MODEL
#620 - LGTH : 39 1/4" - 18 lbs. Top & Bottom Flanges: 7 1/4" w. X 5 1/8" dp.

Kenworth side frame
Top & bottom flanges each have 12 holes, 10 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts and 2 tapped 5/16" N.C. One “Z” shaped bracket on outside of frame with a 7/8" diameter hole in centre. Two brackets welded on side - one on an angle - on e straight, with a 3/4" diameter hole in each. Two gussets have keyhole type slots for cross bars. Seven 1/4" N.C. threads on each side. Fourteen 1/4" N.C. threads on outside of frame. NOTE: Frames are not interchangeable. Order left for driver’s side or right for passenger’s side or pairs. LATE MODEL
#618 - LGTH: 32 3/4" - 23 lbs. Top & Bottom Flanges: 7 3/8" w. x 9" dp.
Kenworth side frame
Top and bottom flanges have 12 bolt holes each. There is a "Z" bracket, two "ear" brackets and 2 keyhole brackets for mounting a charge air cooler

#617 - LGTH: 35" - 25 lbs. Top & Btm. Flanges: 7 3/8" w. 9" dp.
Kenworth side frame
This frame has 12 bolt holes per flange; two threaded @ 5/16" NC, and various brackets along the back of the frame for mounting a variety of attachments (CAC, condensers, etc...), and there are "ears" on the gussets for mounting an oil cooler.
Note: this frame matches with tank #5911 and tank #6024.
