Ottawa Shunt Truck Side Frame

This frame has four 5/16" NC threaded holes and four 1/4" NC threaded holes along the back, and a block with a series of 3/8" NC threaded holes to attach a mounting bracket to the back of the frame.

This Ottawa Shunt Truck tank has two bolt-on style flanges to accommodate 2 1/4" diameter hose connections.  The flanges are 2 1/2" in from the edge of the tank to the center of the flange, and they angle upward slightly towards the engine. There is a 12 plate 16" center oil cooler with 3/4" NPT fittings, positioned between the flanges, a 1/4" NPT flange near the bottom of the tank for a drain cock, and a large mounting bracket at the bottom center of the tank.

This bracket attaches to side frame #051909B.  It has one large hole for an isolation grommet.

Note:   brackets are for left or right - order accordingly.

This shroud has overall dimensions of 26" x 24 1/2" x 4" deep.  There is a 23 3/4" diameter hole for the fan, four 5/16" threaded mounting nuts, six slotted holes for mounting the shroud to the radiator, and two large access slots to accommodate a hose.

Ottawa Shunt Truck side frame

This frame has four bolt holes on each flange, eight 5/16" NC threaded holes on the back of the frame, a block on the back of the frame with twelve 3/8" NC threaded holes to attach the mounting bracket (sold separately - part #051909D), and three 5/16" NC threaded holes along the side of the frame for mounting the shroud.

Ottawa Shunt Truck bottom tank

This tank has a 2" diameter hose connection, a 1" diameter bypass connection, a 1/2" NPT flange, a 1/4" NPT flange for a drain cock on the grill side of the tank, a mounting bracket with three holes for bolting into the unit and one larger hole for the isolation rubber, an extension bracket with the same bolt pattern as the mounting bracket, and a seven plate oil cooler with 18" centers (718PC).

This fan shroud belongs with #042810A, #042810B, #042810D combination.

It has a 27" diameter hole for the fan, and various threaded holes and slotted holes for mounting purposes.

This tank has two 1/2" NPT flanges for sight glasses, a flange type hose connection, a 1" diameter bypass hose, two 1/4" NPT flanges, a 1 3/4" diameter hole for a filler neck and a deairation baffle.

Ottawa Shunt Truck Bottom Tank

This tank has a bolt-on style flange to accommodate a 2 1/4" diameter hose connection.  This flange angles slightly upward.  There is a 10 plate oil cooler with 18" centers (1018PC), a 1/4" NPT flange for a drain cock, a 1/2" NPT flange, a 3/4" flange on the bottom, and a large mounting bracket in the center of the tank.
