Generator complete rad set

Top and Bottom Tanks

This Generator tank set has a top and bottom tank which are identical to each other, with the exception that the top tank has a fill neck hole in the top center of the tank. The tank has a 2" diameter hose connection 4" long, placed 3 1/2" in from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection, and two threaded bars at each end of the tank for mounting purposes. There are two 3/4"NPT flanges @ 18" centers to accommodate sensors, ect.

Side Frames

These 25 3/4" tall side frames have 5 bolt holes at each end.

Generator bottom tank
This tank has a 3" NPT coupling to attach a pipe connection, a 1/2" NPT coupling for a drain, and two 1/2" pipes for mounting the tank into the unit.

This tank has a 1 3/4" diameter hole for a filler neck, and two studs on each end to attach the side frames.
Bottom Tank
This tank has two 1" threaded pipe connections separated by a baffle, and two studs on each end to attach side frames.
Side Frames
These frames have four 5/8" diameter holes for the studs on the tank, two 5/8" diameter holes along each edge, six 3/8" diameter holes along each edge, and two holes in the base plate to bolt to the ground.

Comes with four long and four short washer bars.

Top Tank
This tank has two 3" diameter hose connections, four 1/4" NPT flanges, two 3/4" NPT couplings for bypass, a hole for a filler neck, two bars with 1/2" NC threaded holes at each end to attach side frames, and a deairation baffle.
Bottom Tank
This tank has two bolt-on type flanges, two 3/4" NPT couplings for drain fittings, and two bars with 1/2" NC threaded holes at each end to attach side frames.
Side Frames
These channel type side frames are 75" long and 7 3/8" wide. There are two 3/4" diameter holes in the base plate at each end, two holes for lifting, six slotted holes along one edge, and six clearance holes along the opposite edge of the slotted holes.

Generator bolt-on top tank
This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection, a 1" diameter bypass hose connection, a 1/4" NPT flange, and a stand-pipe for a filler neck. The upper part of the tank is separated by a de-airation baffle.

Top
This tank has a 3 1/2" diameter hose connection, and two 1/2" diameter vent tubes in the top of the tank.
Bottom
This tank has a 3 1/2" diameter hose connection, a 1 1/2" diameter hose connection for a bypass, and two 1/2" NPT couplings for drainage.
Side Frames
These frames have 6 slotted holes along each side of the frame to attach the shroud / finger guards, four removable gussets, a mounting bracket on the back of the frame with a 1 3/4" diameter hole, and five 3/8" diameter holes on each end.
Washer Bars
Comes with four washer bars - 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 49" inches long - 25 BH

This bottom tank has a 3 1/2" hose connection in the center of the tank, facing downward, and offset to the one side.

Bottom Tank
This tank has a 2" diameter hose connection, and a 1/4" NPT flange to accommodate a drain cock.
Side Frames
These frames have four 5/16" NC nuts along the fan and grill side, and a 8 3/8" diameter bolt hole flange.

Note: this set comes supplied with four washer bars 24 7/8" long with 13 bolt holes.

Top Tank
This tank has a 1 3/4" diameter hole on the top center to accommodate a truck filler neck, a 2 1/4" diameter hose connection, a 1/8" diameter bypass hose, a de-aeration baffle, and a curved bar with threaded holes to attach the engine cover.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 2 1/4" diameter hose connection, a 3/4" NPT flange for drainage, and four 5/8" NC nuts for mounting.
Side Frames
These frames have a 9 bolt hole flange, five 5/16" NC bolt holes run along the width, a 3/8" NC nut is in the back center of the frame, two 5/16" NC nuts are on the back edge, four 5/16" NC nuts run along the fan side, and three 5/16" NC nuts run along the grill side.

Note: this set comes supplied with brackets - two bolt holes on one face, and one hole with 1/4" NC nuts.

Samples must be supplied by the customer.

Tanks (both are identical)
These tanks have a 2" diameter hose connection, two 1/4" NPT flanges, two threaded bars with two 1/2" NC holes on each end to mount the side frames, and the top tank has a hole in the top center for a filler neck.
Side Frames
Each of these frames has eight 3/4" diameter holes to mount to the tanks, and two 1/2" thick feet on the bottom with two 3/4" diameter holes for mounting to the floor.

This tank set includes four long and four short washer bars.

This set includes all washer bars and center bar. The bottom tank has a 5" diameter hose connection, and the top tank is de-aerated . The side frames are 11 3/4" wide, and the headers are offset because of the larger header size of the top tank (all components line up on the grill side).

The front side of this tank has a pair of 2 1/4" diameter hose connections, a 1 1/2" diameter hose connection and a pair of 1/4" NPT flanges for vents. The outer ends of the tank have mounting flanges with three 1/2" holes, and the top of the tank has a hole to accommodate a fill neck.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection and a flange for a drain. The outer ends of the tank have mounting flanges with a pair of 1/2" holes.
Side Frames
These frames are 37" long and have five 3/8" slotted holes up each side for mounting the fan shroud.
