This surge tank has a 1 3/8" diameter hole for a filler neck in the top, a bracket with one slotted hole and one clearance hole, two 3/8" NPT fittings and four 1/4" NPT fittings on one end, a 1/4" NPT a 1/2" NPT and a 1/8" NPT fitting on the opposite end with a bolt-on connection, two mounting brackets on the bottom, and a 1" diameter heater bypass hose on the bottom.
There is a baffle inside the tank for added strength.
Overall dimensions are 23 3/4" x 11 3/4" x 6".

Blue Bird Bus surge tank

This tank has three 1/4" NPT flanges (two for hose barbs, and one for a sensor), a 1/2" NPT flange for a sight glass, a 1" diameter bypass hose on the bottom, a hole for a filler neck on the top, and a mounting bracket on each side of the tank.

Note:  this tank is supplied with two 1/4" NPT hose barbs.  Shown here with sight glass #1014 (sold separately).
