New Flyer Bus cross flow tank

This tank is typically used as both inlet and outlet tank. It has a 2 1/2" hose connection, and a 1/4" NPT flange at each end of the tank.

New Flyer Bus Side frame

This frame has twelve 3/8" NC threaded holes and eight 5/16" NC threaded holes on the back of the rail, and seven 5/16" NC threaded holes along each edge. Flanges have eight holes each (four of them threaded 5 /16" NC).

This frame has six bolt holes on each flange. On the back side of the rail there are sixteen 3/8" NC threaded holes, and eight 5/16" NC threaded holes. Along the side of the rail there are seven 5/16" NC threaded holes.

Note: these frames are interchangeable for TOP or BOTTOM.

New Flyer Bus Top and Bottom Frames
Each frame has five 5/16" NC threaded holes along one edge of the frame, six 5/16" C threaded holes along the opposite edge, eight 5/16" NC threaded holes along the back of the frame, and four notches on the edges.

Frame #042009A is manufactured with 10 gauge material, and frame #042009B is manufactured with 3/16" material.

Matches with tank #7435.

The assembly contains two 16 plate oil coolers with 7" centers threaded @ 1 1/4" NPT, and a 1/4" NPT threaded hole to accommodate a drain.

Also has Nova Bus applications.
