Cat Excavator Tank Set
Top Tank
This tank has a pair of 4 bolt flanges tapped to 3/8" NC, a filler neck (must be provided by the customer), a 1/8" NPT flange on the top of the tank (for bleeding), and a 5 bolt flange on the top of the tank. The inside of the tank contains a deflection baffle, and there is a pair of "threaded ears" on the top of the tank for mounting purposes.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a single 4 bolt flange with holes tapped to 1/2" NC.

Top Tank
This tank has two 1/4" NPT flanges for expansion fitting/sensor.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection, a 3" diameter hose connection, two 1/4" NPT flanges for drainage, a baffle that splits the tank left to right, and a PTO cutout in the middle.
Side Frames
These frames have 11 bolt holes on each end with 3 of them threaded 5/16" NC, and seven 5/16" NC threaded nuts along the back of the frame to attach the shroud.
Surge Tank
This tank has a 1" NPT flange for a bypass hose, a 1/2" NPT flange for a sensor/sight glass, and two 1/4" NPT flanges for expansion fittings.

Note: this set is supplied with four washer bars 29 3/4" long with 15 bolt holes, two triangular mounting pieces, and four angled pieces with 3/4" diameter holes for welding oil coolers to the frames.

For this set, samples must be provided by the customer.

Cat top tank
This tank has a bolt-up type flange with four 3/8" NC threaded holes, located in the center of the tank, to accommodate a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection. There are threaded bars welded along the header, each with four 3/8" threaded holes, a 1/4" NPT flange to accommodate a sensor, a raised filler neck hole in the top center of the tank, a large opening with a threaded stud in the center (typical Cat filler assembly), and a threaded bung on each end each with 5/8" NC threaded holes (for lifting the radiator).

Note: for this tank, a sample must be supplied by the customer.

Top Tank

This tank has a 2 1/4" diameter hose connection, four 1/4" NPT flanges, a 3/4" NPT coupling, a hole to accommodate a fill neck, a 2 1/2" NPT coupling on the top of the tank, and a deflection baffle with a built-in box for the hose connection.

Bottom Tank

This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection, and two 1/4" NPT flanges.

Frames - a 10 bolt flange at each end, and a bracket along the fan edge for mounting
