This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection, a 1/4" NPT flange for a drain cock, four brackets - each with a slotted hole, and a 14 plate oil cooler with 18" centers (the original oil cooler is a tube and shell type).

Note: for this tank, samples must be supplied by the customer.

Top Tank
This tank has a pair of 2 3/8" diameter hose connections, a mounting bracket at the front center of the tank, and a 1/4" NPT flange for an expansion fitting.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a pair of 1/2" NC bolts 3" long @ 30" centers for mounting, a 3" diameter hose connection, a 1 3/4" diameter hose connection, and a 3/8" NPT plug for draining.
Side Frames
These frames have five 3/8" NC threaded holes on the back for mounting the frames, and ten 5/16" threaded holes along the sides for mounting the shroud.

Note: this set comes supplied with two 3/8" threaded tie rods 50" in length, and four washer bars that fit between the side frames.

Pearce Fire Truck mounting bracket

This bracket has four 3/8" threaded holes, and a 2 3/4" diameter clearance hole.

Note: this bracket is identical to bracket #6561, except that it has the clearance hole.

This tank has a 2 3/4" diameter hose connection on the passenger side that bends upwards, a 1/4" NPT flange for a drain cock, a 3/4" NPT flange, and a 10 plate oil cooler with 18" centers and 1" NPT fittings.

Note: oil coolers with 3/4" NPT fittings can be supplied, but if 1" NPT is absolutely required then the customer must supply it themselves.

#072110E - Washer Bars

Fire Truck washer bar
These bars are meant for tanks with a header size of 29 7/8" x 6 1/4" (bolt pattern matches tanks #769 or #770. It is a "U" style bolt strip used in conjunction with tanks #072110B and #072110C.

One pair shown here - 4 bars needed per unit.

This tank has a bolt-on type flange, a 1/4" NPT flange for a drain fitting, and two holes to accommodate an oil cooler with fittings @ 18" centers.

Fire Truck top tank
This tank has two bolt-on type flanges, five 3/8" NPT flanges for various fittings and sensors, a 1/2" NPT flange on the fan side, a 1/2" NPT flange on the grill side, a 1" diameter bypass hose connection, a hole for a filler neck, and a deairation baffle with sixteen 5/16" NC blind threaded holes.

Note: this tank mates with tank #072110C.

This tank has a 2 3/4" diameter hose connection (comes out of the tank at 90^o then angles up towards the engine), a 10 plate 18" center oil cooler (1018PC), a 1/4" NPT flange, and a 1/2" NPT flange.

This frame has eleven 3/8" NC threaded hole along the back, and six 1/4" threaded holes along the edges. The end flanges have fourteen bolt holes (three of them threaded).

A 1/4" NPT x 3/8" diameter 90^o hose barb is provided.

Note: these crossflow tanks share the same header as the Freightliner 454 / 456 / 458 etc., but with different hose connections.
