Small flange has 11 holes, 4 tapped 5/16"
N.C. and 7 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts. Large
flange has 13 holes, 6 tapped 5/16" N.C. and 7 drilled
clearance for 5/16" bolts. Large flange also has an
elongated hole 1" X 1 3/4". Back of frame has 4 holes
tapped 5/16" N.C. Various other holes for brackets
and cross bars etc.
